Systems Integration Senior Principal BEYA Modern Day Technology Leader
Gregory Cook plays a pivotal role in the the Department of Defense’s cloud-based enterprise capability for combined joint all-domain command and control (CJADC2) warfare, called the Secret and Below Releasable Environment (SABRE), integrating systems and drafting security protocols.
Cook began his journey with SAIC in 2009 and has grown from being a UNIX/Linux systems engineer at U.S. Central Command to an enterprise-wide systems engineer. Through his relentless pursuit of knowledge, he has gained expertise in virtualization, storage and advanced computational infrastructures, including Tanzu Kubernetes Grid deployments.
A U.S. Army veteran with commendable service in IT, Cook's educational path led him through esteemed institutions, culminating in IT degrees from Saint Leo University and a myriad of IT certifications.

James Lomax, an accomplished radio-frequency test engineer, brings over a decade of expertise in electronic warfare (EW) systems to the JATO (jamming techniques optimization) group at the Naval Air Warfare Center for SAIC.
Adept at enhancing airborne electronic attack capabilities for platforms like the U.S. Navy’s EA-18G Growler, Lomax leads comprehensive test efforts from planning to reporting. His hands-on experience as an F/A-18 naval flight officer comes into play in the delivery of operationally pertinent testing and crystal-clear explanations to aviators in ensuring peak performance.
The architect of JATO's standardized testing syllabus, Lomax is a pivotal figure in EW test and evaluation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Marshall Stores III, a technical services principal at SAIC, excels in enhancing enterprise-wide user experiences in the multifaceted IT landscape. Skilled in fostering cross-departmental synergy, he meticulously analyzes AI logs to refine conversational AI systems at SAIC.
Stores leads initiatives to imbue AI interactions with naturalistic clarity, integrating valuable feedback from SAIC’s corporate departments. His insights propelled the optimization of SAIC’s ServiceNow catalog to help ensure streamlined IT service delivery. As an active cyber incident responder, he bolsters the company’s Corporate Cyber Incident Response Group's readiness and deftness.
Since 2005, Stores' trajectory at SAIC has been marked by impactful leadership in technical support and service improvement. His expertise is underpinned by a master's degree from George Washington University and a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.

Natia "Tia" Crosley has been a seasoned systems engineering technical advisor and contract element lead at SAIC since 2022. Boasting 24 years of experience in intelligence operations and systems engineering, she orchestrates the efforts of over 25 SAIC and subcontractor staff to propel critical space operations and intelligence systems that serve our warfighters and top-tier government leaders.
A U.S. Army veteran with expertise in signal analysis, Crosley has been pivotal in contributing to the seamless integration of four satellite systems and numerous ground systems. Crosley is also an SAIC Ethics Champion and a children's book author. Her educational pedigree includes a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in IT, underpinning her extensive range from influencing space operations to inspiring young minds.

Tiffany Hoston is a systems engineer manager in SAIC's Space and Intelligence Business Group who has catalyzed capability delivery for intelligence community customers since 2019. She excels in orchestrating pivotal test events for national surveillance and reconnaissance initiatives.
In her 20-plus-year career, Hoston has ascended through leadership roles and developed expertise in propulsion technologies and sensor advancements. Her acumen extends to managing a systems engineering and technical assistance team of 27 and steering 40 cutting-edge projects.
Hoston is also a STEM champion who mobilizes efforts to engage underrepresented youth and foster future innovators. She holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and management information systems that is complemented by a suite of professional certifications.

Tyrone Robinson is a senior database manager at SAIC, renowned for his 17 years as a pioneer in military simulation experimentation. Joining the company in 2007 to work at the U.S. Army’s Maneuver Battle Lab (MBL), Robinson quickly became instrumental in shaping future soldier capabilities through advanced simulations.
Serving as a subject matter expert on MBL's simulation platform, Robinson was instrumental in leading efforts that resulted in four Army modeling and simulation awards in five years. He crafted the acclaimed OneSAF training program, enhancing data collection and shaping simulation accreditation methods. His expertise extends to national-scale experiments and developing Army combat unit models for future force design.
Beyond his professional mastery, Robinson dedicates his technical acumen and time to volunteering in his community, building websites and serving as a devoted pastor.
